Write again… it was a new story!

Პop culture. To say I’m clueless is really an understatement.

In fact, I’m not even sure if it’s called pop culture now. As the rude, foul-mouthed sergeant in my unit would say, I don’t know enough to lift a finger. That utterance may have been the only noteworthy speech he ever uttered. That was a long time ago.

What I’m trying to get at, my friends, has to do with “must-see” me
I saw it on TV this morning (4-19-24). I mean, it was attention-grabbing, mind-blowing, hard-to-get news.
So tell us, please tell us, I’m sure you’re thinking right now. Because you’re starving to know you haven’t heard it already, here it is:

Not only did Taylor Swift drop a new album a few days ago, she surprised the world when she announced at 2:00 AM (those are the dark hours, people) that she’s releasing it—are you ready? – Surprise album too.

Nice goal, Miss Molly. Talk about a surprise. It’s hard to process, isn’t it?

However, amidst all the fervor and excitement, honesty compels me to confess.

So I don’t think I’ve ever heard a song sung by Miss Swift.
I don’t know the name of any of his songs. He could not keep a single note from the first.
However, it appears to be one of the most recognized homosapiens on the planet.
Maybe even on Mars, for all I know.

All I know is what I watched this morning, very early. From the clips shown, it looked like there were different visuals of Miss Swift in different poses every 2-3 seconds, and as for the lyrics and the melody line, I couldn’t make out any of it.

To say that I’m woefully ignorant about all of this—pop culture—would be an understatement.

Or, as Sgt. “I don’t know what to do,” Cole said. And that’s it.
Have a nice weekend friends. do you hear me?
