In a statement to The Associated Press, the couple’s attorney said they were “pleased that the court agreed that Julie’s verdict was wrong, but we are obviously disappointed that it dismissed Todd’s appeal.”
He added that the Chrisley family remains “hopeful for more good news in the future.”
The couple’s daughter, Savannah Chrisley, also He acknowledged the decision in the video He shared on Instagram and told his followers that he was happy that his mother would be coming home a little soon.
