Now we come to yesterday’s debate.
“I don’t know what you did last night, but I spent 90 minutes on stage debating with a guy who has the morals of an alley cat,” he says.
“Did you see Trump last night? My guess is he set, and I mean honestly, a new record for the number of lies told in a single debate.”
He goes on to accuse Donald Trump of lying about the COVID pandemic and “how good he’s been to veterans,” to jeers and jokes from the crowd.
Biden also referenced Trump’s felony conviction last month, saying, “Donald Trump is not just a convicted felon, Donald Trump is a one-man crime wave.”
He notes that “more trials await” the former president.
“What worries me most about him is he has no respect for women and the law,” Biden continues.
He says Trump showed last night that he’s “still proud to be the guy who killed Roe and Wade.”
“Donald Trump says he thinks overturning Roe v Wade was a wonderful thing. I think it was a nightmare — I really mean it, a nightmare.”
