Richmond, California. (KGO) — A water main flooded streets in Richmond Wednesday morning, officials said.
The East Bay Municipal Utility District received a call at 5:20 a.m. about a water main break on 45th St. and on Carlson.
Streets are flooded and fire services are on the scene as crews work to put out the water.
EBMUD says they believe the problem is the 12-inch cast iron pipe.
EBMUD will determine how long it will take to fix and how many customers will be without water during repairs.
